Zimbabweans intending to drive light motor vehicles in the United Kingdom are required to hold class 4 driver’s licences.
The policy position was pronounced by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development in conjunction with Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) of the United Kingdom who issued a joint statement to that effect.

This can be done in Zimbabwe through the CVR and Vehicle Inspectorate Department (VID) or one can obtain the class 4 driver’s licence in the United Kingdom.
The policy position does not affect holders of both the class 2 and class 4 driver’s licences obtained on different test dates.
