ZIFA Seeks Coaches for Junior and Youth Teams to Boost Development

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) is taking steps to enhance its junior and youth teams’ performance by recruiting experienced coaches. Under the leadership of President Nqobile Magwizi, ZIFA is looking to appoint head coaches and assistant coaches for boys’ and girls’ teams in various age groups, including Under 15, Under 17, Under 20, and Under 23.

The move is part of ZIFA’s efforts to professionalize the game and improve the country’s standing in international competitions. The required qualifications for the coaching positions range from CAF B Licence for Under 15 and Under 17 coaches to CAF A Licence for Under 20 head coaches and Under 23 coaches.
