EcoCash Holdings Rebrands to TN CyberTech, ZSE Approves Name Change

EcoCash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited has officially rebranded to TN CyberTech Investments Holdings Limited, following shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 13 June 2025. The change has now been ratified by both the Registrar of Companies and the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE).

In a statement issued by the company, the Registrar of Companies granted the certificate of name change on 9 July 2025, with the ZSE confirming its approval two days later, assigning the company a new ZSE alpha code TNCI.zw and ISIN ZW0009012502. Trading under the new name is scheduled to commence on Monday, 21 July 2025.

The board assured shareholders that existing share certificates under the former name will remain valid and legally binding. “All existing share certificates bearing the former name will continue to be effective for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes,” reads the announcement. As per Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listings requirements, the former name will appear on official documents for up to one year post-change.

Shareholders were initially advised of the proposed name change through a circular issued on 23 May 2025, which detailed the rationale and process. The resolution received overwhelming support during the virtual EGM.

The rebranding marks a new strategic direction for the company under the leadership of Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Tawanda Nyambirai and Executive Director Mr. Gerald Mudzingwa, reflecting a broader vision in the cyber technology and investment landscape.

The company’s registered office remains at 1906 Liberation Legacy Way, Borrowdale, Harare.
