Dotito – The ZANU-PF Mt Darwin District yesterday held a successful inter-district meeting in Dotito, bringing together party leadership and members to strengthen unity and discuss key national and party development priorities.
The meeting was graced by Central Committee Member Hon. Kambizi, who joined senior party leaders and district representatives in deliberations aimed at consolidating the party’s grassroots structures and aligning local initiatives with national development goals.
Among the senior leaders present was the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage as well as Provincial Chairman, Cde Kazembe Kazembe, who underscored the importance of unity, discipline and commitment among party members in advancing national development programmes.
Also in attendance was Central Committee Member and Member of Parliament for the Women’s Quota, Cde Shongedza, alongside several Members of Parliament from the district.
These included Member of Parliament for Mt Darwin North, Cde Labbany Munemo, Member of Parliament for Mt Darwin East, Hon. Dzidzai Butau, and Member of Parliament for Mt Darwin South, Hon. Kudakwashe Mupamhanga.
The meeting brought together senior party leaders, cadres and district representatives who engaged in discussions focused on strengthening party structures, enhancing grassroots mobilisation and reinforcing support for national development programmes.
Party officials emphasised the need for unity and collective responsibility in implementing programmes that contribute to economic growth, community development and the attainment of national goals.
The inter-district gathering also served as a platform for leaders to interact with party members at the grassroots level while sharing insights on key policy directions and development priorities aimed at improving livelihoods across communities.
