ZANU-PF Secretary General, Jacob Mudenda, praised the Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3 during a ZANU-PF Provincial Coordinating Committee (PCC) interface in Harare. Provincial Chairman Cde Masimirembwa reported that ZANU-PF won 8 seats in Harare’s 30 constituencies and has 18 councillors, an improvement over previous performances.

Masimirembwa credited President Emmerson Mnangagwa for the availability of goods in shops and the improvement of road rehabilitation in Harare. He also welcomed the introduction of an asphalt manufacturing plant in Harare, launched by Transport Minister Mhona.
Secretary General Mudenda assured the province that they would receive land tenure title deeds and urged them to support the Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3. He praised Harare Province for mobilising during national events and commended the disciplined cadres.
Mudenda emphasised the importance of leadership, stating it’s not just about popularity but knowing what you are doing. He urged members to work with Harare Provincial Affairs Minister Cde Charles Tavengwa, as he is part of the ZANU-PF led government, and highlighted the welfare of party members and empowerment initiatives.
The interface was attended by other ZANU PF delegates, including Deputy Secretary for Security in the Politburo, Cde Tendai Chirau, Treasurer General, Cde Patrick Chinamasa, Secretary for War Veterans, Cde Mahiya, and Politburo member, Cde Omega Hungwe. The meeting praised Central Committee member and businessman, Cde Kudakwashe Tagwire, for his business investment ideas and empowerment initiatives, and urged members to avoid factionalism and regionalism.
