Solomon Mujuru Drive (formerly Kirkman Road) in Harare will be closed for rehabilitation works on Thursday, February 5, 2026, between N Richards Turnoff and Sanganayi Inn junction. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development advised motorists to use alternative routes and exercise patience, caution, and obey all road signs.
This rehabilitation is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to improve the country’s road network, specifically targeting roads with potholes and other hazards. The upgrade is expected to enhance safety and reduce travel times.
