With no further goals, the match went to penalties, where Dynamos scored all their attempts, while Highlanders missed their fourth kick by Prince Ndlovu.
Coach Kelvin Kaindu praised his team’s performance, highlighting their improved possession and composure during the shootout.
Dynamos will now face Triangle United in the final, scheduled for next month on a date to be announced.
