President Ramaphosa to Open 115th Zimbabwe Agricultural Show, Spotlighting Regional Trade and Innovation

The 115th edition of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show is underway, providing a dynamic platform for advancing agriculture, industry, and commerce under the theme “Building bridges, connecting Agriculture, Industry and Commerce.” Running until 30 August 2025, the Show brings together local and international stakeholders, showcasing innovations across five key sections: Agri-produce, Tobacco, Cotton, Livestock, and the Commercial Exhibition. Participation from countries including South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palau, and China underscores Zimbabwe’s growing role as a regional hub for agribusiness and trade.

Beyond exhibition, the event hosts major business and knowledge-sharing activities designed to strengthen the sector’s competitiveness. These include the Annual National Agribusiness Conference, the Research for Agricultural Excellence and Technology Indaba, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) discussions, the Zimbabwe Agricultural Media Awards, the Exhibitors Cocktail, the Golf Tournament, and the Annual ZAS Schools Quiz. These events highlight a holistic approach to agriculture, linking production with innovation, trade, education, and sustainability.
