WestProp Offers Shareholders Scrip US Dollar Dividend

Diversified property firm WestProp Holdings Limited has declared an 83.33 US cents dividend for the period ending December 31, 2023, payable in cash or scrip.

The dividend will be paid from the company’s retained earnings.The company’s offer allows shareholders to increase their stake in WestProp by opting for shares instead of a cash dividend.

The scrip dividend has been approved in accordance with the company’s constitution and was unanimously endorsed by shareholders.

Shareholders can choose to be paid either in cash or scrip, with no option for partial selection of the payment method.

The amount available for conversion to capital is US$25 million.

The dividend payment is scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2025.
