Speaking after the match, Tutani praised his players for their determination and commitment.

Tutani also acknowledged the quality of the opposition.
“I don’t want to take anything away from Marere. They are a good team, powerful and full of energy. But every dog has its own day. It’s tough luck to my fellow coach; he did his homework correctly, but the big boys have just won,” he said.
Jumbo Giants will now shift their focus to Saturday’s home fixture against Highrange at Jumbo Mine Stadium, where they will be seeking to extend their unbeaten run and further strengthen their push towards the top of the table.
