Harare Provincial Chairman Hon. Emmanuel Mahachi confirmed that preparations for the gathering are complete, with the event scheduled to take place at the ZANU PF Harare Provincial Offices.

The meeting will be attended by ZANU PF National Secretary for Youth Affairs, Hon. Minister Tino Machakaire, who is expected to serve as Guest of Honour, alongside Youth League Deputy Secretary Honourable Paradza.

According to the leadership, the Indaba will focus on strengthening youth participation in empowerment programmes, particularly the Presidential Youth Empowerment Fund, with emphasis on increasing access among young people across the province.

The Youth League will also intensify its campaign against drug and substance abuse, which remains a key concern within communities.

Chairman Mahachi also confirmed that the province is fully prepared for the upcoming National Cell Day scheduled for 27 June 2026, as part of broader mobilisation efforts across ZANU PF structures.

The meeting is expected to bring together youth representatives from across Harare’s districts, reinforcing coordination and engagement ahead of key party programmes.

With national youth leadership set to attend, the Indaba is expected to further energise the party’s youth agenda and consolidate ongoing empowerment and mobilisation initiatives within the province.
