“We are here to inform all students how Aruvia Education works, what the application processes involve, and what they can expect when they enroll at international institutions,” a representative explained during the latest open engagement session.

The briefing sessions, which follow a previous successful open day, aim to address recurring gaps in understanding around admissions procedures, documentation requirements, visa timelines, tuition structures, and settlement processes. Misinformation and fragmented advice remain some of the biggest obstacles for aspiring international students.

According to officials, the application pathway begins with an academic assessment to determine eligibility and alignment with appropriate institutions. This is followed by structured university selection through verified partnerships, formal application submission, and guided documentation preparation. Once an offer is secured, students receive support in visa processing, accommodation planning, and pre-departure orientation.

Transparency is central to Aruvia Education’s operations. Students are briefed on institutional accreditation, course recognition, living costs, compliance expectations, and post-study opportunities before any commitments are made.

The institution also highlighted that open days serve as a platform for public accountability, allowing parents and students to engage consultants directly, verify partnerships, and seek clarification on financing pathways and scholarship opportunities.

“The continuation of these engagements signals our effort to institutionalize verified guidance in a sector often vulnerable to informal intermediaries and fraudulent operators,” the representative said. “By systematizing information delivery, we aim to reduce risk exposure and improve student preparedness before departure.”

Experts and stakeholders noted that successful education mobility requires preparation beyond admission letters. Cultural adjustment, academic expectations, regulatory compliance, and financial planning are all part of the transition students must navigate before relocating.

Further open engagement sessions are expected to be announced as part of a nationwide awareness drive targeting both urban centres and underserved communities. Through sustained outreach and structured guidance, Aruvia Education maintains that access to international education can be organized, transparent, and achievable for Zimbabwean students who meet academic and regulatory requirements.
