
British American Tobacco Zimbabwe (Holdings) Limited has announced executive changes, effective January 1, 2026, as part of its strategic transformation.
Rumbidzai Hondora has been appointed Managing Director, and Tumisang Lebogang has been appointed Finance Director, replacing Kenneth Gitonga and Lucy Irungu, who are leaving their positions on December 31, 2025. Hondora brings leadership and commercial expertise, while Lebogang has strong financial planning and management experience.
The company achieved significant milestones, including dual currency billing, smart pricing, market expansion, and operational efficiencies during Gitonga and Irungu’s tenure and envisages to continue on the trajectory.
