Youth Empowerment Through Land: President Mnangagwa to Grant 516 Offer Letters

President Mnangagwa is set to officially present 516 offer letters for 10-hectare agricultural plots to youths in Mashonaland West, an initiative aimed at enhancing financial opportunities, land security, and economic growth. The event is scheduled for March 20.

Youth Empowerment, Development, and Vocational Training Minister Tino Machakaire emphasized that young people are central to Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030 agenda. Speaking at an inter-district meeting in Chinhoyi, he encouraged youths to focus on constructive contributions rather than divisive social media debates.
