Minister of Industry tour Aluminium Sulphate Manufacturer, Chilmund Chemicals

Aluminium sulphate manufacturer, Chilmund Chemicals hosted the Minister of Industry and Commerce Hon. Mangaliso Ndlovu at their state-of-the-art US$25 million aluminum manufacturing plant in Bindura this Wednesday.

The plant has a production capacity of 7200 Metric Tons.

His Excellency President ED Mnangagwa commissioned the plant in October last year.

Production has trebled from the time the company started operating.

Aluminium sulphate is used to purify raw water.

The company boasts of a staff compliment of 160 permanent employees.
