
WestProp Holdings has unveiled its ambitious $300 million project, The Hills Luxury Golf Estate, during a high-profile launch attended by President Emmerson Mnangagwa. The Hills Luxury Golf Estate is set to be a premier residential community, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course designed to PGA standards, a five-star hotel, branded villas, townhouses, retirement flats, and extensive green spaces. This project is part of WestProp’s larger vision to lay one billion bricks by 2050, contributing to Zimbabwe’s infrastructure growth and aligning with the government’s development goals.
