Speaking at the ceremony, VFEX Chairperson Ms. Florence Jambwa said the decision by an established group like TSL to list on the exchange underscores the platform’s growing appeal to blue-chip companies.

“Each new listing strengthens the Exchange ecosystem,” Ms. Jambwa noted. “A broader range of quality issuers improves market depth and liquidity, enhances investment choice, increases visibility among international investors, and supports efficient capital allocation within the economy.”

The guest of honour, Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion, Professor Mthuli Ncube, was represented by Mrs. Judith Rusike, Director of Financial Sector Policy. In the keynote address, Mrs. Rusike highlighted the broader economic significance of the listing.

“For TSL, this move provides access to a broader pool of investors and capital, enabling the Group to scale its regional ambitions and pursue growth opportunities across borders,” she said. “It also reinforces the message that Zimbabwe is open for business — a market defined by resilience, enterprise, and the capacity to produce businesses capable of competing on the regional stage.”

TSL Limited will trade under the symbol TSL.VX with ISIN ZW VX 0901 0138. The counter adds further diversity to the VFEX board, which continues to attract companies seeking US dollar-denominated trading, settlement, and greater exposure to regional and global investors.

Market analysts view the listing as a positive signal for investor confidence and for the VFEX’s strategy of building a deeper, more liquid exchange. For TSL, the listing provides an additional capital-raising platform to support expansion plans while giving existing and new shareholders a transparent, regulated market to trade its shares.

Investors interested in TSL Limited securities have been advised to consult their stockbroker or financial advisor for guidance on trading and portfolio allocation.
