Warriors Gear Up for Unity Cup in London

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has announced the Warriors squad that will represent the country at the upcoming Unity Cup tournament in London, United Kingdom. The tournament, scheduled to take place from June 26-30, will feature Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Jamaica, and India.

The squad, led by coach Kaitano Tembo, boasts a mix of local and foreign-based players. The team includes goalkeepers Marley Tavaziva (Brentford, England), Future Sibanda (ZPC Kariba, Zimbabwe), and Elvis Chipezeze (Magesi, South Africa).

The defense will be anchored by Munashe Garananga (Hibernian, Scotland), Corbin Mthunzi (Ipswich Town, England), and Shane Maroodza (FK Sarajevo, Bosnia), alongside Gerald Takwara (AL Ittihad Misurata Libya), Jordan Zemura (Udinese, Italy), and Divine Lunga (Mamelodi Sundowns, South Africa).
