Four Arrested in Meru Service Station Armed Robbery as ZRP Intensifies Crackdown

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has arrested four armed robbery suspects linked to the Meru Service Station heist in Kuwadzana, where US$129,111.00 was stolen on 3rd March 2025.

Following a police investigation, Willard Zvinorukwa (48), Ernest Manzunzu (45), Ashwin Mukondwa (30), and Bornface Masora (31) were arrested in separate locations, with some suspects attempting to evade capture.

Recovered items include cash, household goods, and a cellphone. The ZRP has reiterated its commitment to combating armed robberies and urged the public to continue assisting with information on remaining suspects.
