Netanyahu Expands Genocide To Westbank And Lebanon

By Desire Tshuma

The embassy of the state of Palestine condemns Israel’s expansion of its aggression on Palestine and Lebanon pushing the region towards the abyss of a comprehensive regional war because the international community failed to protect its laws and values caused by its inability to stop its aggression on Gaza.

That impunity encourages the Israeli occupation to continue committing its crimes against the Palestinian people who have suffered 76 years of injustice, oppression, apartheid and ethnic cleansing. Netanyahu is expanding his genocide to Westbank and Lebanon after failing to achieve any goals except genocide in Gaza in a bid to escape from his corruption charges in his country.

Ambassador Tamer Almassri stresses that the escalation must stop immediately before it is too late, affirming that it is an international responsibility that the UN Security Council must bear immediately.

The state of Palestine demands the ICC to expedite investigations into Israeli war crimes committed during the aggression on the Gaza Strip, as well as into colonial terrorism in the West Bank, violations committed against detainees, and other crimes committed by the occupation in the occupied Palestinian Territory.
