Pool league appreciates Jorno

Guruve pool league has launched a cup tournament in respect of freelance journalist Simbarashe Sithole dubbed “Indaba Boss” pool tournament.

The league which consists of 16 teams in Guruve launched the tournament on Sunday.

The incident was confirmed by the league chairman Mr Joram Chamunorwa Hwande.

Speaking to the media Hwande said the social tournament is meant to spice up Sithole’s birthday party to be held at the giant Guruve hotel on September 29.

“We have launched the Indaba Boss (Simbarashe Sithole) cup tournament today in respect of our journalist and all the 16 teams are participating,” Hwande said.

“Today are having the knock out games and semi finals and finals to be played at Sithole’s birthday party.”

Hwande said the games are being held under the theme no to drug and substance abuse.

Meanwhile, various artistes are performing at the party with Sungura artiste Big Boy Motsi (Mr Muzarabani) the guest artiste.

Motsi will also share the stage with Getty wekwa Rusape hit maker Mukoma Robby of Top Sungura,Moses Chirambiwa (Uband) Dj Whyte and Dj Chicksed.
