Excitement Builds for the 2024 Zimbabwe Agricultural Show in Harare

The Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) is excited to announce the 2024 Zimbabwe Agricultural Show, taking place from 26 to 31 August at the Zimbabwe Agricultural Business Hub in Harare. This year’s theme, “Cultivating Prosperity, Growing Business, Innovating for Change, Nurturing Our Future,” reflects the commitment to advancing Zimbabwe’s agricultural sector.

The show celebrates agricultural achievements and addresses future challenges. It is a key national event, showcasing the talents, innovations, and resilience of farmers, agribusinesses, and agricultural stakeholders.

We expect over 250,000 visitors, including commercial farmers, small-scale producers, agro-processors, government officials, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The show will feature more than 560 exhibitors occupying over 78,000 square meters, with 289 exhibitors (282 local and 7 foreign) already confirmed.

Sections of the show include Agricultural Produce, Livestock, Tobacco, Cotton, and Micro-Enterprise, highlighting the diverse aspects of Zimbabwe’s agricultural industry.

Visitor convenience is ensured with ample amenities, food courts, and enhanced security measures. Motor vehicle movement will be restricted within the Business Hub during the show.

Entertainment includes live performances by local artists, fireworks displays, parachute jumps, equestrian events, and interactive games.

The Zimbabwe Agricultural Society invites the public and media to celebrate the 2024 Zimbabwe Agricultural Show. This event promises a remarkable showcase of the country’s agricultural strength, offering unique opportunities for engagement and understanding this vital sector.
