Innscor Africa Limited Announces Interim Dividend and Reports Strong Financial Performance

Innscor Africa Limited has declared an interim cash dividend of 2.35 US cents per share for the financial year ending June 30, 2026, payable to shareholders registered as of April 10, 2026. The company’s financial performance for the six months ended December 31, 2025, shows a 19% increase in revenue to USD 635.8 million and a 37% increase in operating profit before financial income, depreciation, amortization, and fair value adjustments to USD 80.4 million.

Profit for the period at USD 54.9 million was 64% above last year comparative period while basic earnings per share were 7.04 cents (66% increase).

The company’s strong performance is attributed to solid momentum in the Mill-Bake segment, a strong recovery in the Protein segment, and continued growth across the Beverage and Other Light Manufacturing segment. Several key capital investment projects were commissioned during the period, enhancing manufacturing capacity, operational efficiencies, and product quality.

The Board has also declared an interim cash dividend of USD 650,000 to Innscor Africa Employee Share Trust (Private) Limited. The payment of the interim dividend will take place on or around April 24, 2026.

The company’s financial position remains robust, with total shareholders’ equity increasing to USD 511.6 million as of December 31, 2025.
