
Tigere Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a robust performance for the year ended 31 December 2025, with rental revenue increasing by 59% to US$2,643,756 compared to US$1,664,644 in 2024. The Trust’s total comprehensive income rose by 99% to US$2,676,358, driven by the inclusion of new assets, Greenfields Retail Centre and Zimre Park Drive Thru, and positive rental reversions.

Average occupancy was 97% for the existing portfolio. The trust acquired Greenfields Retail Centre and Zimre Park Drive Thru, with 100% lease secured. Net property income grew by 61% to US$2,726,797 from US$1,690,528. Distributable income margin improved to 87.4% from 79.2% in 2024.
The Trust’s portfolio performed well, with strong retail performance at Greenfields Retail Centre and improved sales from prior years. Key redevelopment and asset management changes will be implemented at Highland Park in 2026 to improve tenant mix and grow revenue.
The Trust’s balance sheet remains robust, with no debt added to the capital structure. Investment property grew by 75.6% to US$58,410,000, driven by acquisitions and fair value adjustments. Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit increased by 1.64% to US3.23 cents.
The Trust has declared a quarterly dividend of US$847,250, representing 0.04602 United States cents per unit, in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2025.
