Former Vice President of the Republic of Angola, His Excellency Bornito De Sousa, today paid a courtesy visit to Zimbabwe’s New Parliament Building in Mt Hampden, where he was taken on a guided tour of the iconic, state of the art facility.

The visit symbolised the enduring bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between Zimbabwe and Angola, two nations whose relations are rooted in shared liberation history and sustained by ongoing diplomatic and political engagement. H.E. De Sousa’s tour offered an opportunity to appreciate Zimbabwe’s modern parliamentary infrastructure, which stands as a reflection of the country’s institutional development and democratic consolidation.
