PRAZ Pauses 2026 Supplier Registration Process Amidst System Upgrade

The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) has paused the 2026 supplier registration process to comply with government directives. The eGP system is undergoing a system changeover to accommodate a new supplier registration framework, and registrations will resume once the transition is complete.

The supplier registration on the eGP system is temporarily unavailable. The pause is to accommodate a new supplier registration framework aligned with government directives.

The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) introduced the eGP System to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public procurement. The system was launched in October 2023, aiming to have all procuring entities onboarded by January 2024.
