The government has warned unregistered schools to register by December 31, 2025, or face closure.
The Minister Primary and Secondary Education, Hon. Torerayi Moyo says the deadline is firm for schools to comply with national regulations, addressing the challenge of illegal operations amid a shortage of schools.
Efforts are underway to decentralize the registration process from the head office to provincial offices to streamline approvals.
