
Breaking News: Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, has arrived in Harare to explore investment opportunities worth over $1 billion in cement and energy.

He is meeting with HIS Excellency President ED Mnangagwa and senior government officials to discuss the projects, which include:
- Cement Manufacturing Plant: A state-of-the-art facility with grinding capabilities, tapping into Zimbabwe’s limestone reserves
- Coal Mine: Providing energy security for industrial operations and feeding into the national grid
- Power Station: Helping stabilize the electricity supply for surrounding industries and communities
The investment is expected to create thousands of jobs, boost infrastructure development, and enhance energy security. This deal aligns with President Mnangagwa’s Vision 2030, aiming to transform Zimbabwe into an industrialized, upper-middle-income economy.
