Tigere acquires Greenfields Retail Centre and Zimre Park phase 1

Tigere Property Fund will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) via online teleconference on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 09:00 hours.

The EGM will address investment evaluation of asset information. Tigere seeks approval to acquire two income-generating projects: Greenfields Retail Centre from Greenfields Property Development Company (Private) Limited and Zimre Park Phase 1 (Drive Thru) from Modern Touch Investments (Private) Limited.
