Breaking News: Journalist Blessed Mhlanga granted bail

Journalist, Blessed Mhlanga has been granted bail by the High Court.

Mhlanga who is facing charges of transmitting data messages that incite violence or damage to property was granted bail by High Court judge Justice Gibson Mandaza.

The Journalist was denied bail by the magistrates court and launched an appeal at the High Court represented by lawyers, Advocate Thabani Mpofu and Chris Mhike.

The appeal was successful.

The accused was granted bail after the Judge concurred with the defence that there are changed circumstances. He was asked to deposit US$500 bail with the clerk of court.
