The Inspiration behind Scott Sakupwanya’s nephew Nova Study group Vision

Honourable Scott’s cousin Ngonidzashe Nyandoro was born in 2002 and is the founder of Nova Study Group and the Nova Foundation which he launched in January 2023. “My vision is to empower young people to make positive choices and avoid destructive behaviors such as substance abuse, prostitution, and theft” , said Nyandoro.

He added that he is trying his best especially to help the youths from Bulawayo and he opened a Whatsapp group called job seekers and also the other one called Nova study group to help both O level and A level students.”Through Nova Study Group, I aim to provide educational resources and support to help young people especially from Matebeleland achieve their goals and become productive members of the society. However, I’m facing significant challenges due to limited financial resources which has hindered my ability to provide essential services such as printing and internet access”, he added.” I have managed to build a sizable following, but some individuals have expressed skepticism about the legitimacy of my organization.

I’m eager to prove them wrong and demonstrate the positive impact that Nova Study Group can have on the lives of young people.”, said Nova group boss.Simba Nyandoro stated that, “on a personal note his uncle, Mr Scott Sakupwanya has been a source of inspiration and guidance. My own experiences with negative behaviors in the past have motivated me to create a platform that can help others avoid similar pitfalls”.” I must acknowledge that my uncle, Mr. Scott, played a significant role in shaping my life. He consistently encouraged me to reflect on my vision and goals, and taught me valuable lessons about the importance of faith, compassion and leadership.

His guidance helped me understand the value of having positive influence and setting a good example for others to follow. I’m grateful to have Uncle Scott as a mentor and motivator in my life”, he said.Simba Nyandoro added that ,” he is committed to make a difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the betterment of our community. I look forward to collaborating with like-minded individuals and organizations to achieve this goal.”
