Acting President Dr. Chiwenga Pays Tribute to National Hero Cde Justin Mupamhanga

Acting President Dr. Constantino GDN Chiwenga has expressed heartfelt condolences following the passing of Cde Justin Mupamhanga, who served as Deputy Chief Secretary for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Office of the President and Cabinet.

Cde Mupamhanga, who also held the position of Secretary for Energy and Power Development, played a pivotal role in national development, particularly in the restructuring of the energy sector and as a key figure in the Command Agriculture Programme.

In recognition of his significant contributions, Cde Mupamhanga has been accorded National Hero status.

“May his soul rest in eternal peace,” said Dr. Chiwenga.

Burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
