Robbers get away with gold carbon worth US$36k

In a brazen and disturbing robbery, eight armed robbers made off with gold carbon worth US$36,000 in Bindura.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police ((ZRP) has commenced investigations into the case .

The robbery took place at a mine in Bindura, where eight unidentified suspects, armed with a rifle, stones, and logs, attacked a security guard on duty. They then broke into a carbon room and made off with 11 x 50 kg bags of pregnant gold carbon, valued at US$36,000.00.

The police have appealed to the public for any information that may assist in the arrest of the suspects.
