Securico turns 25, rewards top performers

Diversified security solutions provider, Securico held its Annual Awards Day two weeks ago.

The company which was formed in 1999 celebrates its silver jubilee (25 years) later this year.

It is tradition for the company to recognise its top performers annually.

The company’s Managing Director, Dr Divine Ndhlukula thanked the Securico team for sterling performances that have seen the company bag national and international awards.

“Therefore, Team SECURICO, I proudly stand here today, once again, to thank you for the wonderful work you perform out there”, said Dr Ndhlukula.

“The awards our business and leaders get year in and year out locally and globally are a result of the business awarding its top performers and celebrating each and everyone to put their best foot forward”.

Dr Ndhlukula advised guests at the awards ceremony that the company’s footprint is growing as they registered new business growth.

The company has a ratio of 67% for repeat business while new business is 33% which is in line with the company’s 2023 rallying theme of “Growth through customer retention”. More companies are coming on board enlisting for their services countrywide.

Securico’s presence in the market is unprecedented. The company offers security solutions spanning guarding services, electronic security solutions, cash in transit and other value added services.

Celebrations of the silver jubilee will be held on the 1st of December 2023.

The company is ISO certified. Its certifications are as follows: ISO 9001: Quality Management System; ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 14001: Environmental Management.

The company has impacted the world socially and environmentally.  It has a footprint in the corporate social responsibility arena.
